3 Tbsp clean mint leaves (lemon balm could well be quite wonderful! )
peel off from 1 fruit
Peel from 1/2 fruit (Meyer lemons are actually lovely)
Peel through 1/3 grapefruit
1 goblet boiling water

- Place mint leaves in the bowl and bruise which has a spoon to be able to release their volatile oils.
- Put citrus peels.
- Pour boiling normal water over leaves and peel and let to cool absolutely
- Strain to clear out solids.
- Put witch hazel get (tincture) or distillate.
- Pour into a clean container

Must be stored refrigerated and utilised in a little while. Don’t store it in your warm bathroom! Also makes a new wonderfully refreshing facial mist to get a pick-me-up any period.
